Contact Points

Contact points are the first point of contact for cargo shippers.

Road users can obtain and register the prepaid and postpaid versions of the premid onboard units at any premid point contact centre. This is the only place where a postpaid contract can be signed. The premid point contact point staff can provide support in Czech, Slovak, English, German, and Russian.

Contact centres provide following services
(in-person attendance required):

  • Get registered in the tolling system
  • Pay tolls in the prepaid system
  • Pay a deposit and collect or exchange a premid onboard unit, or return a premid onboard unit to get the deposit back
  • Get a refund for any credit that remains on the premid, which must be returned at the same time
  • Pay outstanding tolls, including additionally incurred tolls
  • Agree upon contractual terms and conditions in the postpaid system
  • Get a statement in the form of an invoice for all toll transactions that occurred during the preceding month
  • Get detailed toll transaction statements, including explanations thereof, and request corrections of incorrectly assessed toll amounts
  • Get information about the electronic tolling system
  • Report technical malfunctions, as well as loss or theft, of a premid onboard unit
  • File a complaint or make a suggestion regarding the tolling system
  • Get information brochures in all official EU languages as well as Croatian, Norwegian, Russian, Serbian, and Turkish

Contact centres can be contacted during business hours in person, i.e. Monday-Friday. generally 0800 - 1600.
